Nexus reads a site's control logic, supervisory systems, and documentation together, and reasons over them as one connected picture. It diagnoses faults cited to the exact source and answers operational questions in plain language.
It is the first place our research into operational intelligence runs on a working floor, and the system that grounds the rest of the work.

Forge is research into what lets a system cross from understanding an operation to acting inside it: the verification, guardrails, and accountability that turn analysis into safe execution. It is the furthest edge of our work, where reading an environment well enough to reason over it becomes doing something about it.
A living model of how an operation works.
Atlas is research into a system that maps how an organization actually runs and keeps that map current as things change, so institutional knowledge stays usable instead of decaying inside documents nobody reopens.
