From the instrument to the cloud, one team, one architecture.
SCADA, control systems, and operational analytics for power generation, oil and gas, pipelines, and utilities. Built by engineers who design the PLC logic and the cloud platform that sits on top of it.
Three things keeping energy operations a step behind.
Legacy SCADA at the limit
Original architectures were sized for a fraction of today's site count and tag volume. Polling rates degrade, alarm floods bury real events, and adding a new well or substation takes weeks. The platform that ran the operation for a decade is now the bottleneck.
Maintenance stays reactive
Vibration, thermal drift, and electrical signatures predict most rotating equipment failures weeks in advance. The data already exists in the historian. The model that turns it into a work order doesn't, so failures still arrive as emergencies.
Data nobody can query
Years of historian data sit on an on-premise server two people know how to use. Engineers can't compare wells, supervisors can't trend performance, and decline curve analysis takes days instead of minutes. The data is captured. It just isn't usable.
Three systems we build for energy infrastructure.

Got an asset, a SCADA platform, or a data problem that's holding the operation back?
Straight answers.
Yes. Our automation team designs and deploys control systems across power generation, pipeline operations, refinery process control, and utility infrastructure. Our software team builds custom energy data platforms, predictive maintenance AI, and operational analytics applications on top. Most firms do one or the other. We do both, and they're designed together — not stitched together after the fact by two vendors who don't talk to each other.
Yes. We execute phased migrations — Honeywell TDC to Experion, Allen-Bradley PLC-5 to ControlLogix, Siemens S5 to S7, and legacy SCADA platforms to modern Ignition, FactoryTalk, or AVEVA deployments. Each phase is tested, commissioned, and turned over to operators before the next begins, so 24/7 assets keep running through the transition.
We deploy vibration, thermal, oil quality, and electrical signature sensors on critical rotating equipment, transformers, and switchgear. A real-time data pipeline feeds a cloud or edge ML platform, and we train anomaly detection models on baseline data from your specific assets. The system flags degradation 3–6 weeks before failure, giving maintenance teams time to plan outages around generation schedules instead of reacting to emergencies.
OSIsoft PI, AVEVA Historian, Ignition Tag Historian, InfluxDB, and TimescaleDB on the data side. Ignition, FactoryTalk SE & Optix, Siemens WinCC, AVEVA System Platform, VTScada, and GE iFIX on the SCADA side. We build read-only, secure connections that extract operational data without compromising OT network integrity.
IEC 62443-aligned network segmentation with firewalls and DMZs, NERC CIP compliance support for bulk electric system cyber assets, vulnerability assessments, and SCADA hardening. For cloud workloads, we design hybrid architectures that keep latency-sensitive control data on-premise while pushing analytics to the cloud through properly segmented boundaries.
Yes. AI-powered regulatory reporting agents pull data from operational systems, apply the correct calculation methodologies, and generate draft submissions for review. We've built automated reporting systems for EPA environmental compliance, PHMSA pipeline safety, NERC reliability standards, and state-level utility reporting requirements.
